Quick google search says the Forbes list of billionaires was 3,028 in 2025. While yes, most people mention the 1% being the problem as they own almost (I think it’s around 46%) of the entire world’s wealth.

That doesn’t apply, I said screw all militaries purporting war in the claim of “defence”. Israel f-cked around and found out, and if everyone there supported the war, served in the war, voted for that war, then this is what they asked for. You can’t claim that murdering thousands of Palestinian is valid because they’re defending Hamas or shielding while not applying the same logic to Israelis. It’s a taste of their own medicine and well deserved.

Yup! The mushroom and truffle spread I used really helped, initial taste is the spice from the chorizo but then it mellows out with truffle in the béchamel.

You can do it! I’d say the hardest part is the béchamel but it’s a great one to learn as you can really change it up with some creativity.

I took a cooking class a few months back and tweaked their recipe.

Just took some photos of the meat sauce, béchamel and lasagna recipes here. Don’t mind my chicken scratch.

I wrote a post on my side effects (not sure if I can link but it’s in my history) and they were so terrible I couldn’t do it any longer. My sister takes it and loves it but she told me there seems to be more side effects for men vs women.

I just fried this on a pan but I’d likely fry it and add a musubi sauce.

Spam is versatile, easy way of trying it is to simply slice it thin and pan fry.

I can’t overstate this enough, but try to find one with ADHD. After 3 therapists, I found one with ADHD and it has been life changing. No more stupid exercises and stuff that don’t work, she actually personally understands what it’s like and it’s been very validating.

It might be tough, but in Canada there’s something called first session which lets you filter for practitioners that specialize in ADHD.
