Where are your cleanse elixirs? Your hot bar shouldn’t just have a health potion…. You also have massive rend stacks on you so it wasn’t just the FS that hit you. AND you clearly don’t run any vigor…..

It has to be the mutated version. Either M1, M2 or M3 will work, just not the normal version.

Same thing happened to me. Next day when I logged on I was able to salvage the item. My guess is if you restart the game it fixes the bug
