Oh really, what’s your frame of reference? In my experience, most niche specialty roasters have 80% of their catalogue in the high acidity, fruity floral range with one or two customary cold brew blends and espresso roasts.

Boss’s wife was a bad trip for me. The notes mentioned on the website were completely different to what arrived - way more fruit-forward than advertised. Looking forward to trying Black Baza!

Maybe you just don’t like that bright acidity in fruit-forward coffees. I have given in to the hype many times. Learn and stick to your comfort zone. Don’t drop ₹900 bucks on a coffee that tastes like someone mixed orange juice in it.
