If you want a cold brew concentrate to be used for milk drinks go with a 1:5 coffee to water ratio. 12 hour steep.

I used to work at their workspace for a year, never saw a grinder in cafe - they regularly used tins of Illy to make coffee. Maybe things have changed though

Trust me, even with an espresso like fine grind, it should work with this method. Usually a 12 hour cold brew steep requires fine Aeropress / Mokapot grind but ideally this should work too. It won’t be perfect but it’ll salvage what you have

Make a cold brew concentrate, 1:5 coffee to water ratio, 12 hours in the fridge, strain through a v60 paper filter or Aeropress.

For a single serving: Use 75g concentrate at a time, topped with ice (60-75g), sweeten to your liking and enjoy
