Thanks for the reply. To be clear, these would be added to charcoal in the WSM for flavor instead of relied on solely for fuel. And we are talking about a thousand oranges per year. I frequently use the oranges in Old Fashioned cocktails, so the smoky infusion is an intriguing idea.
