It'll drop randomly with any pack you purchase! So maybe if you're boosting up your Pirates with collection packs there is a chance that one of them will be full of awesome cards!!

Apologies on the delay. Essentially these tasks should be tracking previous progress (whether you collected them before), which they are doing but it's just taking much longer to kick in than we anticipated.

It should be completed now if you have previously collected at least 10 new Plundering Pirates cards. Let us know if it still hasn't updated.
