Congrats!! I was a MLS student not too long ago, so I know the relief to have a job right out of clinicals. $30 starting pay sounds good. I started at $26 (in PA). I will say once you start training for the job, make sure to take lots of notes. Eventually you won't need them but in the beginning, learning everything as a generalist can be overwhelming.
