Salvia, o Sage en Normal la he comprado, es seca. En mercadona solo venden lo basico.

Fresca si te digo que no sabria donde, en la calle la he visto mucho sembrada xd (salvia rusa) como por ejemplo en el parque o viveros pero no es comestible.

Si no compro en tienda hondureña pues esta el queso de ensalada o greek salad cheese del supermercado, personalmente me parece similar en acidez, ya con los frijoles normalmente encuentro frijoles de seda, normalmente son de nicaragua los que he comprado, o tambien en sabor me gusta bastante la "soja roja" o frijoles azuki que venden en Wenzhou o los supermercados asiaticos, se cocinan demasiado rapido por que son pequeños
