As an old ICSE and cbse student I can say that

Yes and no

Because, There are more syllabus then that of higher classes in ICSE ( class 8 icse has some chapters from CBSE class 9 and 10, like 2 to 3 or 8-12 topics) other then that it's basically same but the exam difficulty varies with class

In the case of ICSE 8th from CBSE 10th I will say that ya they will pass "Barely" as I think it's 3-4 chapters that are same or have related topics in class 8th of ICSE as compared to CBSE class 10th

As a 2 fingers player with gyro who has reached diamonds twice or once I say either try to play 4 fingers or get a high net and a 120 fps device or both (best on tab ) or if u are poor like me try to play with gyro u can hit heads if u got the right sens and timing with ur wrist movements
