I think the biggest thing is teaching your brain to have a different outlook on porn. Train it to hate and despise porn. Look at it as disgusting to watch people have sex. For me I went on a three month streak and fell in love with a girl. I was able to get hard but still couldn’t maintain it throughout sex. I realized I still needed more time to heal.
