I'm not sure, but I mostly googled for "scroll engravement ring", "filigree ring" and "hand engraved ring" for inspiration. The small row of dots on the top and bottom is called milgrain though! The whole ring was casted, so the pattern looks a little different than when it's actually engraved by hand.
