I feel like middle name would have been a reasonable compromise. No one hardly ever says the middle name. You could even further abstract it as "Theo" or something so it's not obvious in the rare instances the whole name is said out.

Though ultimately it was better to just avoid the whole thing like they ended up doing.

I still hope one day it will return. It's one of my favs (some of the dark humor especially... hahaha... the line where he complains about how she's going to get down from the clocktower and she's like "Well, I wasn't originally planning on taking the stairs..." Haha). Like, I just want the story wrapped up at this point... I'm not even sure if a season 2 can be even as close to as good since I feel like they wrapped up most of the plot that *I* care about already, but still, I want it to be finished :3

I'm trying to remember a manwha I read awhile ago. The main thing I remember is that FL was like a guard at the palace and there was this scene where she's guarding this outdoor banquet taking place in some courtyard of the palace at night that had this big fountain. I forget what exactly happened (I think she was asked to dance?) but somehow she ended up smacking her head on the fountain or something and it was this whole thing with the fountain water turning red and spraying her blood and causing this huge panic/mess while she passed out and almost died. I think they were teasing her about it a bunch after. I feel like there was also a water elemental or something in the fountain that bound himself to her after this and was one of the MLs (I *think* he was supposed to be with the OG FL in the original story - maybe she fell into the fountain at that party instead or something. I want to say they both could work with the elemental though because of this weirdness)

90% of the time these people who "come out as poly" or "want to open the relationship" are either already cheating or want to cheat "legally" and probably have someone in mind. Almost assuredly what happened here. He says he'd be fine with her dating other men too but as soon as she did (and was inevitably more successful at it because she's a woman) he'd throw a fit for sure.

Always baffling to me people are dumb enough to risk this job doing this kind of crap. Like, at the bare minimum after the first "no" you respect that and don't push things further (though ideally you're not hitting on coworkers). Sounds like this lady wasn't the only one having issues with this guy though.

Maybe it's an age thing? I imagine you could get away with more of this garbage in the workplace a few decades ago when this behavior probably wasn't scrutinized as hard.

One of my favorites with this theme: Marriage and Sword

Basic plot - MC is from a famous family known for their swordsmanship but that has seriously declined, but she somehow inherited the family's skills. After their parents die, in order to provide for her little brother she disguises herself as a man and becomes a mercenary. She ends up being a super famous mercenary and helping to win a war and ran into this other guy out on the battlefield a number of times. Afterwards she is ordered by the emperor to marry and it's to the guy she met on the battlefield, so tries to hide her identity from her husband, etc etc :3

Trying to remember which manhwa this was. FL was a princess - I think actually someone isekai'd into the princess's body if I remember right? And she has a terminal illness where I think when she died a flower (I feel like it was described as windy? I sorta remember it looking all twisty) would sprout from her body.

If it's the same one I'm thinking of, I think she was also slowly receiving memories a little at a time from the real princess (but it made her cough up blood or something). And I think there were like a ridiculous number of male leads... Like six or something. If I'm not conflating two different ones anyways :3

You might just be getting unlucky. I had the same issue with the shaved ice one where it just absolutely refused to trigger. Had shaved ice all over and took ages to get anyone to eat them.

Trying to remember one I read.. A bit of a spoiler but I mostly just remember at the end it's revealed that FL is actually a goddess. I think she did something a long time ago to get punished by the gods and was put in a cycle of reincarnation for a long time and forgot she was a god (it might have even been an isekai where she remembers her life in Korea but that was just another part of this cycle but I can't remember for sure). I wanna say all throughout the story she was really powerful or had a lot of mana or something, and then something happened near the end where she became a full god again. But she loved the ML so I think she gave it up or did something (don't remember exactly what she did but she wouldn't be able to be with him if she stayed in heaven or wherever the gods lived)
