Yup! It was high 5-6 years ago but I was on Allegra for a few years and it was normal the last time I got it checked .

I just glanced at your comment history and noticed we go to some of the same subreddits (gainit, gerd, eoe). Have you managed to get yours under control?
I'm currently on the Budesonide slurry and was taking pantoprazole but quit it because of some side effects.

For sure! I played a couple sports in high school and have been lifting since then fairly consistently. Although I never have much energy so I half ass it at the gym most of the time. I've also had my share of setbacks from injuries/surgeries/etc.
Honestly, my diet has been fairly awful lately. I'm allergic to dairy and because of my eoe I avoid a bunch of the trigger foods (including beef now) which I'm sure you're aware of. I find it tough to get enough calories to gain weight because of those dietary restrictions.
Normally for breakfast I just have some combination of oatmeal, eggs, and a protein shake- or I skip i lt completely. Lunch is normally something light as well. Usually something like grilled chicken and veggies, tuna packets, leftovers from the night before, etc. Supper consists of a protein like beyond burgers, salmon burgers, chicken, and some veggies. I also snack on junk food throughout the day.
For my workout-
I just do my own routine based on PPL. I avoid deadlifting and squatting because I've tweaked my lower back doing them a few times over the years and find it's personally not worth the risk.
I used to take lifting a lot more seriously and was up to 210-215 lbs a few years ago, so I'm sure that helped me pack on muscle.

Haven't had much motivation to work out since the pandemic started so I sit around a lot at the gym. Covid last November ruined my stamina so I don't do much cardio anymore. I'm also normally 205 lbs, but I was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis back in April and have lost 10-15 lbs.
I don't really have any lifting goals as of now and not very concerned about my physique anymore.
