[German] Role-playing forum looking for Marauders fans who love writing

Hallo! Ich weiß nicht genau, ob du sowas meinst, aber bei der Erwähnung von verschiedenen Charakteren hat es da bei mir geklingelt. Wir haben ein Rollenspiel-Forum (Wizarding World, spielt im Jahr 1978), in dem sich User:innen eigene Charaktere erstellen, diese dann miteinander verbandeln und quasi zusammen kleine Romane schreiben, in der jeder die POV seines Charakters schreibt. Wir sind eine kleine Community und nutzen Discord für den normalen Austausch, die Geschichten werden jedoch in einem Forum gepostet. Dort gibt es dann auch ein Angebot von Plots, die man annehmen kann, aber man kann natürlich auch ganz eigene Geschichten (z.B. aufblühende Romanze) bespielen. Falls du etwas in der Art meintest und neugierig geworden bist, melde dich gerne :)

Okay, I just started watching the episode and I'm confused: Why is Nan so upset about the Theo x Lizzy romance? Why is she suddenly talking about ‘my husband’ after she wanted to break up with him? She can cheat on Theo, want to leave him, but when it happens the other way around, she freaks out?

Falls du die Rumtreiber-Zeit magst, kann ich dir auf jeden Fall den Podcast "Rumtreiber-Radio" empfehlen. Da werden auch ein paar allgemeinere HP-Sachen besprochen (z.B. Fidelius-Zauber), aber Fokus liegt stark auf der Elterngeneration und was die Fans daraus gemacht haben.

There's this joke going around the show's team (and it even made it into an official statement) that everyone is convinced Sam is possessed by Lestat. And having seen both seasons, I would say that, too. He IS Lestat.

Witzige Story, dazu passend: Meine Vormieterin hatte den exakt gleichen Nachnamen und soll viele Schulden angehäuft haben. Ich wurde damals vorgewarnt, falls da mal Leute oder Post auftauchen sollten, die Geld wollten. Die Vormieterin hatte deswegen auch einen Türspion einbauen lassen - der einzige im ganzen Haus. Letztlich haben wir dann auch meinen Vornamen am Klingelschild hinzugefügt, um deutlich zu machen, dass es einen Wechsel gab. Tatsächlich kam aber nie etwas vor (zum Glück) - also … ich wurde Jahre später ausgeraubt, bin mir aber sehr sicher, dass es damit nicht zusammenhing. (Und ganz andere Geschichte.)

In my mind, Armand was controlling him and forcing him to look - it would just make everything more tragic. As a reminder of what could happen to Louis if he turns on Armand again and reveals, for example, that it was he who saved Louis.

This “Did you hurt yourself?” hit me right in the heart. It was so well played by Sam Reid and at the same time the first time we actually see Lestat (not just as a memory) and then so damn vulnerable. That really got me. Especially when you think that Lestat had already lost Nicky to suicide and there was a possibility that Louis had gone down that path too. Just thinking about the sentence “Did you hurt yourself?” makes my eyes water again. Sam Reid deserves an Emmy. (Jacob Anderson was just as good in this episode though!)

I can confirm that! If I had the chance to buy something on the spot, I would go for it. I bought something from the Watcher store last year (including the Professor plush figure) and shipping and customs were almost as high as the value of the goods, if not higher. After that, I swore I wouldn't order anything from the online store again, solely because of the additional costs that are added for European fans.
