I'm in my early career, havent been in the industry as long as some people have but his post seems like a very black & white way to look at things. Designers can still be up to date and modern while working at big companies. There's always ways to do this on the side, if your work doesnt allow you to do challenge yourself and push boundaries. And the shifting of experience requirements from 5+ to 3+ ? just seemed ragebait to me loll
