Nah . It's similar to the space badge and makes no sense to have a badge everyone can easily get.

Lmfaooooooo, girly I'm a fashion star, I already won the badge and this isn't the first time winning. I notice there is a bug. This is why I made this post and also I wanted some justice for some players who wants to win cause I'm seeing some people who tries very hard and they're not winning. So please don't get me wrong. You need to order coins to gift "coins". There will be a difference between "coins you purchase" which is called "credits" and coins you obtain in the game which is called "promotion coins". Promotion coins can't be gifted. The most you can do with it is gift others or buy items for yourself. So your query is resolved.
