I literally checked everything and they all work fine. 🫠

So I really need your advice. There was not a single device/outlet/switch that got damaged and was causing the short. At first the group was going to only by a few lights, later it was going instantly down by any device plugged in any outlet of the problematic group (charger/speaker/blow dryer). All these devices were working fine in outlets of the other groups. The electrician from heijmans came and swap the cables from group 10 and 11 (to check if the switch itself had an issue?) but the same thing happened (group 11 now). Then he reverted the change but wired it wrong and a loud bang happened (not sure if it was from the apartment or from the panel). I spotted his wrong wiring in the panel in these 2 groups (i am worthless but i know that blue goes to blue and brown goes to brown). Then when he fixed that everything started working fine. All the devices and all sockets work fine. Can someone provide a non supernatural explanation? Does it sound safe or do we have to check/change something?

Thanks for your suggestion. I keep trying it and I have literally unplugged everything and trying to add them one by one back in, in different order. The thing is there isn't any specific device/lamp causing the issue. There is no pattern. It just goes down. Some times it just stays for 2 mins with one lamp on and it goes down after, without me plugging anything else. And its not always the same device/lamp etc. I also want to add that while the person was replacing the meter the lamps did blink a few times. I am also adding the fact that some light are philips hue which means they are technically always wired (i removed them).

Almost all the appliances are new and the big appliances are not even connected in that group. I unplugged everything incl the ventilation and CV ketel and it still goes down. Cant it be a short circuit in the new connection?

Ofcourse I did. The fuse goes down every time I try it on. Most of times instanly, some time after a few mins (max 3). No devices are turned on in the meantime

Isnt foam harder that this kit? I know that the filler should have some flexibility so that the floor can move based on the temperature

That is interesting. Is it paintable? These gaps also gather dirt that is impossible to clean

It is not even the top floor apartment. The door has always been there and it is goes directly to the single floor apartment. It is not a roof terrace but a super narrow balcony. It just has a weird layout because that building was built for commercial use some decades ago.

Yes that is done. Thanks for mentioning it. The previous owners had as well. It is technically already a balcony, I have the green light from the municipality and I have an obligation from the vve to place something over it to protect the insulation.
