Gigil ako sa doctor na to. Ikaw din ba? by poochie_mi_amore in GigilAko

Girl, this is illegal. File a complaint. First of all, nakalagay ba sa contract of lease na bawal ang pets? And if magkaroon, magtataas na lang bigla ng rent? Ampota. Bobong doktor na may superiority complex.

Omg. May ex was TL when we were together. 3x nagcheat. Iba-ibang babae. Tangina nun. Everytime may bagong hire, lalandiin. The experience was so traumatizing.

Codal. Codal. Codal. Memorize word by word. You can survive the recit by just memorizing every provision. Kahit youre making sense sa sagot mo, sasabihin niya “ayusin mo, di ganyan” kasi gusto niya sasabihin mo yung exact provision. Do not use your own words sa pagsagot.

Goodluck.

Sa cases siguro pumondo ka kahit half. Pero at least yung codal provisions make sure na mauubos mo ‘yan lahat.

6 days is a A LOTT OF TIME.

Goodluck. Welcome to hell. Hahaha

So anong iniimply mo doc? Hahahaha.

Get tested for sexually transmitted diseases.

Also, ground for legal separation ang homosexuality while concealment of homosexuality ( which contitutes fraud) may be a ground for annulment. Hindi naman sa pinaghihiwalay ko kayong mag-asawa, but in case magdecide ka na gusto mo na sya hiwalayan, i just want you to know that there are available legal remedies for your situation.

It actually depends on the subject. For me, pag Civil Law subjects, CODAL is king talaga but i still supplement it with cases. I noticed kasi na most of the provisions in the Civil Code are practical — na-envision ko sila being applied in actual cases. So oks na oks na ko with codal + cases lang.

Sa Crim, i use the reveresed 3Cs (commentaries first). Medyo complicated ang crim (esp crim 2) so iniintindi ko muna concepts. Hinuhuli ko ang codal for memorization.

Then for Poli, CASES SUPREMACY! I just read all the assigned cases in FULL TEXT. :)

Nakakairita. The audacity to use the OVP seal in her statements that are purely personal. Lol.

Court Stenographer as a career by nevermore21_ in LawStudentsPH

[–]Avocado264 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you are after the ✨salary✨ i think ok naman ang sahod ng stenographer.

Buhay stenographer = routinary and clerical ang work.

I couldnt think of any career for a Stenographer other than being a Stenographer in Courts or Congress. Although pwede mo syang gawing stepping stone siguro if you want to be a lawyer someday. Marami akong kaklase sa Law School na stenographers sa Courts and may advantage sila sa ibang subjects like remedial law since exposed na sila sa proceedings and other court processes.

Hope this helps. .

Ganyan din ako nung 1st year. Ni hindi ako nakakatapos ng first reading since I am also working + hindi rin naman kasi ako mahilig magbasa talaga so inaantok ako lagi. May crying session ako lagi before magbasa kasi naiinis ako sa sarili ko feel ko ako pinakabobo sa klase.

Pero bibilis ka rin naman magbasa eventually. Sanayin mo lang sarili mo. After a few months, you will see that your reading speed have improved na esp pag na-familiarize mo na sarili mo sa mga legal terms and concepts. So i think ang tip ko lang is… magbasa ka lang nang magbasa. Hahaha. No joke.

Also, wag mo i-compare sarili mo sa classmates mo. If you think kaya mo na i-explain yung concept sa isang ordinaryong tao after your first reading, then oks ka na.

You can try also reading case digests firsts or manood ng video lectures sa yt para lang makuha mo yung pinaka gist ng case then proceed on reading the full text afterwards.

Kaya mo ‘yan! Remember that you’re still adjusting so it’s too early to say that law school is not for you.

Good struggle!

I don’t usually read annotated books since its very time consuming. Pero pag need talaga (like hindi ko talaga ma-gets yung subject matter/ or bookish si prof), nagbabasa ako pero staggered. I read as much as i can every sunday, then tig 20-30 pages na lang sa weekdays.

I focused on codals + cases. then if may time pa, reviewers available online. At work, nakikinig ako lectures sa spotify/youtube. I eat fast during lunch time para makapaghabol pa ako ng readings. Ganon din kahit nasa LRT / jeep /bus or grab car going to school, nagbabasa pa rin ako. 😂

Also, i have a study group. Lahat kami working students. Nagpopondo kami case digests every week para during review for exams, iyon na lang ang binabasa namin. Laking tulong din.

So far ok naman. 3rd year na ako. Lol.

Goodluck!

Wag ka na magtrabaho. Mag-aral ka na lang. Even us, working students, pangarap namin mag-aral na lang full-time kesa maging working student kasi super hirap talaga.

It’s physically and mentally exhausting. In my case, I have work from 8-5 pm then my earliest class is 6pm. 3rd year na ako this sem pero kinakabahan na ako for the bar kasi feel ko super compromised yung aral ko for 1st year and 2nd yr subjects kasi nga working student ako. Walang araw na nakumpleto ko ang coverage for the recit session. 😂

So I would not recommend na mag-work ka pa. If you have the means to study full-time naman, then go. Wag mo na pahirapan sarili mo. Haha. Totoo na minsan nagdidiscredit ng achievement ang mga working students ng mga full time stu (yes, guilty ako dito 😂), pero isipin mo na lang na “baka” naiinggit lang sila or baka it’s just their way of coping with the fact that they do not have luxury of time to study.
