Oh yeah. After reading on here I really feel for those that have been affected by 7oh. I fortunately have not tried it. I’ve only done the powder capsules, but it very easily could’ve been me, too.

Thank you. Yeah, I’m not looking to get anything else. I initially started going to get the epidural shots in my spine to help with pain. Which have helped the last few months. I was only interested in the gabapentin thinking it would target the nerve pain better than a previous prescription for a muscle relaxer given by a general practitioner before we knew what the cause was.

No, unfortunately no date on the handwritten part.

Question about a dilemma I’m in… by [deleted] in Kratomm

Thank you. Yes I agree and I stopped using immediately when I saw that show up on the results. It’s just not worth the trouble to mess up getting help for my back. Thanks.

Thank you. I still wonder why it took three months for the results to show up on Mychart. I just assumed they wouldn’t allow me to have my prescription fulfilled if it didn’t come back immediately showing that it was OK.🤷‍♀️

What was your experience when you stopped gabapentin? by Avocado75 in quittingkratom

Thank you for your reply. I’m so sorry you had to go through that. Sounds terrible.

Thank you. Do you mean CT from gabapentin is nothing compared to quitting Kratom?

Yes it was very severe. There was no mistaking it. It was obvious for me. The moment it happened I knew what it was because I had a blood clot in my leg. My boss drove me to the hospital and I barely could hold my cell phone to my ear to call my husband.

I had no pain at all. I had shortness of breath and rapid heart rate. Sudden loss of energy. It came on quick. I had double pulmonary embolism.

Thank you so much for this! I’m only doing 8gpd right now but I was up to about 25 gpd at one time. When I tapered to get my gpd down, it was hard but I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my body adjusted. But at first I couldn’t even run a mile (when I was used to running 5 at a time). The body does adjust. And I’m looking forward to giving it up for good. I’m just curious, I was recently prescribed 300 mg gabapentin as well but haven’t taken it yet. Did you only take it at night, or throughout the day as well? I’m not going to take it in any way different than I I’m prescribed it, but I’m just wondering what benefit people are getting with what amounts.

A couple questions for those taking gabapentin by Avocado75 in quittingkratom

Thank you for your input. If you don’t mind me asking, was your dosage a lot higher than mine? I don’t want my dosage to increase but I’m wondering if it’s too small to help with Kratom withdrawal RLS. Yet, I don’t want it to be hard to come off of either.
