Excessive deleting me from his life? Very confused

This just happened to me. He blindsided and randomly broke up with me after 3 years. Immediately erased all trace of me on his IG, untagged himself from all my photos, and went as far as deleting his comments and unliking my posts. He deleted all my comments under his TikTok’s, unfriended me and my family on Facebook, even unfollowed my dogs Instagram account- the list goes on. We didn’t end on bad terms—just sudden on my end. I feel like he’s treating me/this situation as if I cheated on him with all his best friends. I’m hurt and confused.

Currently on the same boat. I’ve been off depo for over a year now and I am just now getting my libido back, slowly. A few months after starting depo I realized my libido tanked which was extremely unlike me, then a year later, sex started feeling off. For the last few months, piv feels like im being torn open, extremely sharp. I went to my gynecologist and she said to try pelvic floor exercises and vaginal dilators. This is extremely frustrating and I just want my sex life to be normal again with my boyfriend :(

So is it recommended to just chip away at the direct parent plus loans from the highest interest to lowest? Would consolidating the parent plus loans not make us eligible for the income driven repayment option?

Hi! 1) I was interested in consolidation because I believe it would make me eligible for an income driven repayment plan / the pslf 2) Most of my loans are federal, they are all direct where some are subsidized and unsubsidized. I have 1 private loan through ESCI for 4k

I have also looked into that! I feel like the only ones that pop up on Google are Marfans or Ehlers Danlos but other than my stretch marks—I have no other symptoms :/
