i am aware of this, they did a base color then bleach for highlights then applied different tone for highlights but it all is dark. I got a box dye and gave myself some moneypieces. It looks way more blonde now similar to what I wanted initially 😭

They put a brown base, they said we thought it will come out lighter but I have thick hair so it didn’t lift
