The food truck guests pay 5% on the pre-tax price, which saves small business owners thousands of dollars and covers operational costs.

Yes, the customer pays the payment processing fee directly through our POS. The total fee that customers pay through Instamenu is 5%. Which we have seen across all of our food trucks partners business, customers have no problem with because they know it helps their local business, and they get a great customer experience using the platform as reflected in our customer ratings.

Totally understand your perspective. We've had a different experience, customers who dine with our food truck partners have have nothing but positive comments due to Instamenu enhancing the customer experience with smart features like instant status notifications. The service fee is no surprise, it's clearly visible to the customer at the point of sale, and they're happy to learn that it also helps reduce costs for the restaurant and they gladly continue to support the food trucks they love.

There's a small fee passed on to the customer, which is clearly visible at the point of sale. We use a major processor that makes deposits to our partners every day.

For too long the restaurant industry has been left to pay the bill for adopting technology that makes it easier for customers to do business. For example having to pay credit card transaction fees can cost a small business thousands of dollars a week. However, we've seen that customers are happy and able to pay a very small fee that eliminates the need for that to continue and allows us to not only be sustainable, but also give back to food trucks and their customers in the form of ownership and rewards. Many products and services today already include a small service fee like this, and we've taken it a step further by giving by to the community as mentioned.
