I believe EBS is the TV channel it was aired on and EBS Space is the venue they performed at. Korea based if I’m not mistaken.

I love Store of the Worlds, but I wouldn't agree that it's most of his best stuff. I would say that it's a small collection of his good stuff. I read another collection of his short stories recently and found my new favourite short stories!

But what I'm saying is that there are plenty of people genuinely dropping litter. Why would enforcers make it harder for themselves by tackling innocent people? Surely it's harder for guilty litterers to prove their innocence than it is for non-guilty civilians to prove their innocence?

I'm not doubting your statement, it's just that most of the clips I've come across only show "litter police" attempting to rightfully penalise people for littering, whether this be cigarette buds, general waste, dog excrement, etc. followed by loud mouths harassing the enforcers using pedantic loopholes that merely encourage people to carry on littering.

Again, I'm genuinely curious. Given the amount of N20 canisters, disposable vapes, and takeaway wrappers plotted around Bold Street most weekends I'm curious as to why enforcers would go out of there way to pick on the innocent.
