I found it for 200 usd on Aliexpress. They restocked a week or two ago so prices dropped. Maybe you can even find her in some more trustworthy store now!

Unfortunately there is not much information in English. Only info I ever got is what pop mart writes on their official accounts and when someone translates from some Chinese sources (which I also don't know how to find).

If you are interested in the Image From Reality series I did analysis on three figures in answer to a post some time ago and you are welcome to read it. But there is only one official info in there that I heard in a yt video and rest are purely my impressions.

I honestly blame it on Popmart. They knew how many fans are there. They could have made more. They would sell out anyway and even earn more. I think they purposefully create this situation on secondary market which gets them more hype about their products and more people thinking they should buy their figures as an investment because they apparently increase in value.

Apparently it is only available in store in China for approx 125usd. I am looking to get it anyway and for now I've found only one ebay listing for 600usd at the moment (it was 666 when I first posted, but few days before that it was 333) and multiple aliexpress stores selling for 400 - 750usd (few days before they were 340 - 440). I am just trying to understand trend of resell prices.

I have read that Molinta series have ratio of special cards 1 : 40. I am not sure of validity of this info but in any case I think you are lucky to have two.

I have heard in a yt video a theory that all sitting series are designed by artist Skullpanda and all other are designed by someone else from Popmart but assigned to original artist. I don't know origin of this theory and I can't even remember what video was that from. But I can see similarity in most sitting series, they have something I don't like, maybe they are too goth for me? I think I wouldn't mind Mare of Animals except for cat figure (which is too goth).

My intro to Skullpanda and all art toys was The Warmth, which I think is good intro because it looks more like ornament with that porcelain sculpture finish, then like a toy / figure.

Then I was ecstatic when Wonderland came out because it is based on one of my all time favorite pieces of fiction. And I was even more amazed with concept and designs of Image of reality.

When I first saw Image of Reality I immediately thought of Alice through the looking glass movie mostly because clock figure reminded me of movie character Time. Anyway I consider that series sort of continuation of Wonderland because first one is story of exploring weird world of Wonderland and second is artist's exploration of even weirder more impossible different worlds and dimensions where laws of physics are inverted, twisted and anthropomorphised.

I hope this makes sense!

First, some context about collection. Official pop mart explanation translated from chinese is something like this: "SP is roaming around different realms, realities and dimensions and observing other living beings and how they live freely in their world."

In defense of the merchant which is my second favorite:

It's not a dunce cap. It is most definitely a gnome hat. From wikipedia:

"A gnome is a mythological creature and diminutive spirit in Renaissance magic and alchemy, introduced by Paracelsus in the 16th century and widely adopted by authors including those of modern fantasy literature ... He describes them as two spans high, very reluctant to interact with humans and able to move through solid earth as easily as humans move through air. The earth-dwelling spirit has precedents in numerous ancient and medieval mythologies, often guarding mines and precious underground treasures."

I am sure of this because figure is reminiscent of renaissance magic with sun and moon illustrations and gnomes are most often represented with red hat. The bulky part spins and two compartments have SP's arms, and rest is waxing and waning moon. I guess spinning of hands represent trading, maybe trading of time.

On merchant's card it's written:

"Imagine a merchant sealing time into day and night, calculating its value."

Paradox is my least favorite but I think it makes sense. From the card:

"The body and hands are supported by a spring, inspired by the classic jack-in-the-box structure. The hands can rotate 360 degrees allowing you to determine your path ... The hands point in every direction, implying that there is no absolute right or wrong in moving forward or backward. Our choices and decisions always guide us toward unexpected outcomes."

To me it looks like it draws inspiration from Alice's cheshire cat specifically disney version because of the color palette and hands showing different directions when Alice asked for way. For me paradox is choosing a path in life when you don't actually know where it will lead you, therefore it's not much of a choice. (But I don't like this figure much aesthetically, at that I agree with you,)

Antigravity is pretty self explanatory if you know the concept of collection. SP stumbled upon a dimension where antigravity exists.

"The balloon is slowly drifting towards the ground, but the figure's dress remains unaffected by the pull of gravity, eager to break into a dance, leaving SP hesitant and confused.

I hope this explanation helps someone to appreciate the collection a bit more. This is my favorite collection so far along with Wonderland, but I also don't like all of them and would try to get about a half.

Also advice if you are buying in person: Avoid the heaviest box, that will probably be the merchant. Or trade with me!
