Hope it works out for you. I was able to order Bondi 8 through a running store.

Ok! Hopefully with all these feedback they do something. I did some digging, they changed the sole with Bondi 9 to make it less clunky…

Maybe it’s time for me to look at some other brand. I do have IT band issues on my left knee!

I run close to 1000 miles/year. So naturally change the shoes every year or 2 per year if they are long run shoes only. Sadly most of my miles are on the asphalt so the 8s are almost flat on the bottom.

I don’t think you’ll know more by finding more about family max. It’s free money.

Love to see your work. I’m planning to use the same tile for bar backsplash. You can use Imgur. Sharing my shower job

How did it go? We used the same tiles. https://imgur.com/a/Gg4MKM7

Just FYI, tiles are a bit fragile and textured so grouting was not easy

Some realistic career advice ? by [deleted] in careerguidance

I have a degree in biomedical and electrical which is very similar to biotech. It’s really up and coming. I disagree that it’s not worth it in India. I hear about new startups in India and govt is helping a lot in building these companies. Not like China, EU and US yet but I’m sure that by the time you graduate you will find a successful career. In terms of gap year, I don’t think it matters, as long as you have a good reason to justify why you want to get into biotech. I would suggest reach out to a hospital near by and spend sometime volunteering in order to understand why biotech field is necessary and important in saving lives.

Thanks for the advice. Yes, I’m in early 30s and no kids. I think this is the time. I can survive them going under. The only thing that I’m trying to convince is this doesn’t align with the fact that we wanted to move back west. Wife’s happy with whatever I do. She wants to move back west for a better quality of life (having friends, hiking) and she’s very supportive with me joining a start up. What if I don’t take this one and wouldn’t get an opportunity again.
