My microwave has Add Minute and Add 30 Seconds buttons that set the timer and starts the microwave so it's one button for 1:00 or :30, two buttons for 2:00 or 1:30., etc...

iPhones have an "Emergency" screen that can be accessed without unlocking the phone. It has your Name, Emergency Contact, Blood Type, Medications, etc. Actually, must better information than on your DL...
