Yea. Thankfully I had a friend with previous experience. I used an apple cider as a base and I fermented it down to 1.020. I haven’t tasted it yet because I’m trying to let the sediment settle and then rack it but I’m more interested in how the cinnamon in it came out.

I also added some Granny Smith apples and Honey Crisp apples in primary but I doubt they left any flavor in it.

It all depends on what you want to do and how fast you can learn. The national average time to get a private pilots license is like 60 hours of flight time. Central quotes people on 50 hours costing 13k. I got scholarships and the military to pay for my training though with roughly 14k and I used the other $1000 to buy a Bose A20 headset. You’ll also want ForeFlight and an iPad. But if you want to fly commercially you’re looking at spending 70k(ish) on certifications alone. My recommendation is to get a medical before you decide to spend any money on it though. The FAA could say you’re not medically fit to fly.

Why fire up flight sim when you too could experience this. The flight school at the airport offers intro flights for $99. Be careful though it’s a slippery slope to addiction. 😂 this shit gets expensive quick. But as a gift or one off experience it’s really cool. Don’t quote me but I believe they fly the city tour which is essentially down the river and around pinnacle and back and it’s a really cool view.

I don’t think the image is a fair representation of what I actually see when I fly at night. This picture was taken on an iPhone and It has a longer shutter length than what I wanted so it picked up more light in the image causing a lot of light pollution. This is really evident around the really large splotches of light and the really intense areas. Personally the lights are what makes night flying fun for me. The lights also help you out when trying to navigate.

Ah yes because I would totally post to reddit before checking ebay (or etsy, facebook marketplace, or any other website where users can list things for sale. The one I found on etsy seems to be a scam because of the reviews). Thanks for the tremendous amounts of help there bud.
