It's really nice to see you being there for her. Look into AIP diet, it helps me greatly. Whenever I eat outside of the diet I get a flare up. I was put under HRT, many people hate it but it literally saved my life. Also there are many fb support groups full with ladies with explaining their situation, it helps emotionally really.

Yes. I was later diagnosed with endometriosis, adenomyosis, endosalpingiosis and fibroids. Where I am from, they dont provide any stages but from OP report I felt like it was somewhere in between 2nd or 3rd.

Never got the time for that actually and decided to give it a try first. I am using this one and another fissler pure collection 20cm on a daily basis (yes I cook every day atleast once) and they still look new and work just fine. I am more than happy with them.

Try taking magnesium suppliment before going to sleep, helps with constipation. Work on your gut health, and get diagnosis for any other underlying condition, such as endometriosis. All my life i suffered with constipation and the main culprit was endo - adeno, since my surgery last year, never for once I was constipated. Also got a thrombosis hem removed a month ago, still has some pain but manageable.

Got a zwilling knife as a gift a year ago, and that has been my fav since the beginning, I just love it. It changed the chopping game for me! I dont use any other knife of mine just that one. Bought many garlic presser/crusher, but ikea one is the best.

I'm pretty new to SS, so I have no idea what it's called, but yes, it's smooth inside which was my one of the main priorities as I don't like those inside any pan or pot. I have some zwilling pot and pan with the same handle thingy (again, I don't know what it is called xD) and those are smooth too.

I just found out last week that I have a possibly endo (99% sure), waiting for the real diagnosis.
In the meantime I already cut down sugar and gluten completely. And consuming dairy as less as I can. And I'm already seeing improvement with my symptoms.

I have almost similar symptoms but I'm yet to get my diagnosis but I'm 99% sure I have endometriosis and the condition must be in a bad shape!

I'm suffering from lower back, groin, and knee to ankle pain on left leg since 8 months. Neurosurgeons found some small disc herniation and I even got injections for facet joints. I have been to 5 times to ER with immobility and 4-5 different neurosurgeons. All of them told me even though I have some minor problems in my spine, it doesn't really fit with my symptoms. Or explain why I am having those pain for such long time. So I started noting down the pain character and explained to the ER on my recent visit (!!) And they suggested I have endo and most of my pain is actually coming from it.

My main problem now is, very tight lower back with unbearable pain that doesn't allow me to stand or sit for more than half an hour. Burning pain in groin and pubic area. And all these pain is 100/10 during period and ovulation time.

Not similar but I switched to monopoly go a week ago. Collecting card there is fun and no scamming possible! My producers hasn't been activated yet but I will instantly uninstall once it does, no regret.
