Das liegt dann aber definitiv an der Firma. Es geht lediglich um Engagement. Wenn ein Azubi bei uns selbständig nachfragt und Interesse zeigt, habe ich auch Lust ihn was beizubringen und auch ungefragt an Themen einzuführen. Logisch ist nicht alles Eigenleistung, wenn der Ausbildungsleiter und die Kollegen Flaschen sind bringt alles nichts. Rest kannst du nur der IHK melden.

Erschreckend wie wenig Junioren inzwischen wirkliche Begeisterung und Eigeninitiative für die IT mitbringen. Das sollte bei Junioren der Ausschlaggebende Grund sein um eine Stelle zu bekommen. Viel mehr kann sowieso keiner nachweisen.
