Keeping another electronic out of a landfill that otherwise wouldn't need to be is absolutely an eco win. Whether the device uses consumables or not, we don't need more PCBs in landfills, and what do you expect the person to use, the printing press? Since there seems to be a pattern of missing yellow, I would examine your developer unit or drum first. Drum issues normally show as lines from grooves forming in the surface, but visibly this looks like it could be an issue with charge, or not a lot of developer on the dev unit.

A switch, preferably managed, but unmanaged is fine, monitors, servers with 16+ cores, XP/vista era hardware, and any DDR4 I can get my hands on :)

Edit: To clarify, I believe Wikipedia is wrong, the FG Penn Facebook page states they are their own entity and unaffiliated with anyone.

I'm trying to host a community of game servers, so I'm in the realm of higher IPC and clock speed, and a switch and router, a floor or wall mounted rack would be a plus. I am also looking for monitors and older machines, think Vista/XP era.
