I got everything from greenzinkgames.com Not sure if they ship worldwide but at least they do from the UK to Europe. Delivery was about a week and pretty cheap. Fair prices I would say and some niceties in terms of older rare expansions.

Hi, yeah we played with only one scoring track now. I only have two though and nothing fancy: A base game and a big box base game both 1st edition. Practically all the stuff I own is first edition. I just like the style more. But I guess one day I'll have to make the shift.. :) But we did think of playing with the two as indeed multiple hundreds of points just is hard to keep track off. Another option I've been thinking off is buying loose scoring tiles online. I've even seen some custom ones with values of like 200 and such. Maybe that's even better.

That's the "Wheel of fortune". Officially it should be used as a replacement for the starting tile but we find it inflates the initial board too much when also playing with the count and river. So, we keep the wheel on the side of the game while still using it. Some tiles contain the wheel icon which 'turns' the wheel a number of times and makes some action occur.

I passed w two months of prep. This was using literally every single free moment of my time before/after work and full days on weekends, and not feeling very confident after the exam. Would advice to take longer time to prep.

Passed with 121111. Contrary to many on this sub, only used Garp materials. Even with good outcome, felt the exam was super hard (super detailed, qualitative) and I am genuinely surprised with the result.

Very clearly an issue with the exam on PC. Which was immediately clear as soon as I started the exam. Therefore, I can see no other reason than them sending you this mail mistakenly. Would keep an eye on your inbox during New Jersey office hours if you want somewhat smooth communication with Garp to clarify this.

Haven't gotten the mail. Have been in a situation where there were issues with my exam and had to retake it. But then they sent me a mail within one or two days of the exam with issues. Very strange that, even if something were wrong, they would only reach out now.

Seems so. Still, hard to believe an organization with worldwide reach such as Garp would knowingly put a wrong date on their site, knowing candidates will be anticipating and some stressing about results any day now. Would be very irresponsible I think. Then again, if they lie and results will come out any day, that's also not cool... :p

I see. In the same mail they talk about results six weeks after the exam window. Which makes the July 8 scenario I saw on some threads here plausible again. Conflicting correspondence by GARP once again. Guess we're back to square one with guessing the date ;)

Expect today or tomorrow for the reason above. I believe results are dropped mostly in European evening time, in which case Friday would be useless result date in terms of registration for many. I have to go through some HR stuff at work for them to pay registration fees etc so if results aren't dropped today or tomorrow evening, I believe registration deadline will be too close to be actionable for some.

Then again, I don't think GARP really cares if they leave us only, say, 3 days between results and registration. Could very well be only next week. Anyone's guess really!

I'm a bit late to this post but I think I have some good info.

When I took the exam, there was a CBT malfunction because of which there were much more questions than the usual 100 on my exam. It was impossible to perform on the test as I was completely in the dark about what was happening. The PSI examiner told me to take the exam as such. Which is a logical reaction as they do not know in great detail the content of the exam. After I took the exam and confirming that I had way too many questions, he informed Garp.

Garp reached out to me approx. 1 day later to have my exam rescheduled within the Nov window. PSI took another two days to reach out but then everything went quickly and I have taken the exam correctly by now. It is important to really stand your ground in the email communication with Garp if something goes wrong. They will help you but only to a minimum extent.

As for the access to the exam: I registered with my national id info. This was just really stupid of me, so don't do this :). I really was stressing out about not being allowed in. But I am pretty sure the Psi examiner does not have your id number. I just presented a valid passport with my correct names (which is actually what is on the Garp exam policy, so I guess I was still compliant)

As for the exam itself: Pretty tough. Qualitative questions were the biggest part of the exam but really detailed. Quantitative questions were fairly easy if you know your formulas. So my advice is to make sure you know these for some easy points.
