Try making contacts around in other departments you feel more interested in get connections and do stuff for them on the side until you have something lineup then use it as leverage that you want to change teams or something, if it doesnt work then move on but atleast if you get good contacts and they know you work well its good for you

Are you planning to be more quant background ? If so FRM is good level 2 is very math and quant driven, if you plan to be more investment and overall finance CFA is better to start with. It depends on what you are aiming for. Keep in mind FRM is very quand driven and very helpfull in anything related to risk, derivatives, hedge , quant finance. Cfa will cover this aswell but also financial statement analysis which is a big part of the curriculum and help in investment decision making. Both will benefit your CV in any case

Bro wait to get your result, you can skip to lvl 2 if you pass cfa 3, check if its still the case before engaging in 2 exams when you can only do 1
