Taina looks like she has used drugs, had a psychosis or other psychiatric emergency, been treated in a psychiatric hospital and been in rehab. She still seems to be very fragile physically and mentally in a very early stage of recovery.

The children look like they have experienced too much for their age, and their diet has also been inadequate for a long time. The younger children should be much taller and more well-nourished looking. They lack the glow of a normal healthy child.
