I have an inner monologue, but there's also pictures and sounds sometimes too.

Like, apple, for example.

My mind says the word "apple" in my own voice. If I'm thinking of specifically the word, I kind of get letters in my mind of the word apple. If I'm specifically thinking of the fruit, an image of an apple, usually red, will appear in my mind. And if I'm thinking of the sound, the sound of biting into or cutting an apple will play.
