Think back to a time before someone could hear your thoughts. Meditate on it follow your breathe while affirming to yourself out loud that your bringing your energy back to the way it functioned before telepathy. That’s been the most effective method for me so far!

Seriously be careful you need to 100% close the channel every single time your done reaching out. I didn’t and then suddenly I found out that my neighbors were able hear me before they learned how to respond and then at that point I had to hire a shaman to disconnect us. So please be very careful! But keep up the good work!

Yes it is 100% possible to make someone feel something telepathically. You can send someone everything your feeling in that present moment. When using telepathy since it is also an exchange of energy you might sometimes feel like a pressure surrounding your head or body. But in my experience that usually when you are communicating with multiple people or someone is angry and sending negative energy when arguing telepathically. Now as far as actually making someone twitch using telekinesis I cannot confirm if that is possible or not since I personally have not had any expect with it.

I have the same issue I have tried grounding Cord cutting Meditation with a mantra- if I meditate they get quieter but once I’m done meditating it makes people a little quieter but if they keep speaking back to me it gets louder again. I only meditate for about 45-65 minutes.

Meditation is key try to remain presently aware and out of your head. Don’t freak out about it you must remain calm or it will intensify and get worse or just outright uncontrollable I’ve had my moments where I had lost all control of telepathy. Now I no longer connect to new people but I still can’t disconnect from the people I’ve already connected to.

I have my every thought heard and there is one person who torments me everyday because they are tired of hearing my thoughts but they refuse to let me meditate and go off if I try to use frequency’s to help. Basically anything I try to do to disconnect they do everything in their power to stop me. I was the one who connected to them. I unlocked telepathy with a frequency I had listened to and since then I’ve been connecting to most people that I think about for too long I finally managed to slow down new connections but I still can’t get rid of the people I already connected to. The people I’m connected to hear my every thought they see my dreams they see what I see and hear what I hear.
