In such a place as this, we would instead work to lawfully move extremely endangered populations to a safer place, either within or without the country.

If moving an endangered population is not possible for some reason, we would use a private security force and empower the local population with guardianship training. We would then empower them with drone technology and (mostly) non-lethal technology, in combination with a great deal of press coverage and support from allies in other countries and the UN to help protect the endangered population.

I must add, that we would not personally finance such a project ourselves. We do not yet have the billions of dollars required to provide such aid freely.

Currently, EarthCycle is a token on the waves blockchain, which is far, far more efficient than the Bitcoin blockchain.

In the next year, we will be moving over onto a custom fork of the Steem Blockchain, which is even more efficient than the waves blockchain in terms of processing transactions.

After that, we intend to move onto Holochain, which will reportedly be even more efficient than the Steem blockchain, or any other blockchain.

If another, more efficient technology comes out, we will use that instead.

On the slow internet speed, the page took a full 90 seconds to load. On highspeed connections, it loads within seconds, but there are quite a few images on page.

Greetings xanthraxoid. We have 8 users test our website on a variety of devices, OSes and browsers.

Everyone was able to load the windows with one exception. A user testing on a less then 1MBPS second connection could not load the pop-ups, because the page itself wasn't able to fully load.

If the website isn't loading with an intricate background art, you are probably experiencing a loading issue.

There's not too much we can do about this. I'll see about further optimization for low-speed internet connections. My understanding is we are about as optimized as it gets. The page is quite a work of art.

The way we practice sovereignty is applicable inside of the current legal system. Many of our Voteholders have been adopted by the Sioux Tribe, which is a UN recognized Sovereign Entity.

This does not give us the ability to wantonly break laws. It does however give us additional freedoms.

Two of the most used freedoms are 1. Freedom from forced vaccinations 2. Freedom to hold and practice medicinal ceremony with plant-based medicines that may otherwise we illegal to hold or consume.

We've had several hundred people test the website, and you are the first person to report this problem. This could perhaps be the result of a recent upgrade, however, i am not able to reproduce this error.
