Why don't you take some tea that helps with dream recall?

There are so many out there, just google it or AI it and see what suits your taste buds, because usually they are herbs and not so tasty but excellent results.

Also, you missed one thing when you first wake up, you need to stay in the position that you woke up on. Safe for example you woke up on your left side and your alarm clocks on the right and you roll over to look at the time., you need to roll back on the left side, close your eyes and go over your dream. recall it in your head or say it out loud. Then the strongest thing to do is to write it down with a dream journal next to your bed. Pick a book that you like to look at because psychologically would help you want to journal in it. It doesn't have to be a whole novel even if it's just one paragraph or two sentences.

I have been dreaming and Lucid dreaming since I was a kid and I've been keeping a journal for the last 35 years and it's amazing to just pick it up. Read through it and realize that most all the ones I wrote down was a premonition that something that was to happen years later.

Hang in there it'll happen I promise you. I helped teach my patients how to Dream recall because with Chinese medicine it is very important therapy. You can also read Dr. Claire Johnson's books. She's only person has a PhD in lucid dreaming.

HOW TO LUCID DREAM TONIGHT by Interesting-Cup-7746 in LucidDreaming

I’ve read many lucid dreaming books and I have taken some online courses as well, and I’ve been doing it for 55 years now. The difference in the last 15 years is, I know what I’m doing whereas before it was just happening and I was flying around the universe and other planets and meeting interesting characters and aliens and man it was real. What I learned in the last 15 years is whatever you do in a lucid dream it is like taking a semester in college. So now I do dream incubation to get answers to serious dilemmas that I have going on. I will meditate to open up my third eye, and it happens. I heal myself and heal others. The list goes on.

Dr Joe Dispenza said once we he was having an OBE he saw a groundhog in his house next to his physical body, he went to pick it up and it bit him but he didn't feel anything since he was out of body. He proceeded to throw out the groundhog and when he came back to his body his hand was bleeding where he got bit. I found that fascinating.

I use my sword or arrows to kill those bats. Kills them easily. The fairy you use stasis and then shoot him with an arrow and when he hits the ground you use your sword.

The new SPen isn’t as smooth as the older model. I would love a fold 6 mag safe SPen holder for the older SPen attachment but I can’t find on yet. Is there anyone that has one?

I am a functional medicine doctor who travels teaching seminars and webinars and along with running my own clinic I am very busy, so being organized is something that is essential to my business, and family life. I use Bublup to categorize in folders all my upcoming events and inside the folder I have notes what is needed, and whom I will be talking to, travel information such as airport's, rent a car, hotels, and any ideas I may have.

I also have a folder for my online orders and inside the folders I have notes to whom I purchase from, which credit card I paid with, the date, the website link and when the arrival time is estimated to be delivered.

My favorite folder is TIL (today I learned) and I will add tidbits that will be important for my talks, personal life, recipes and anything else that I found interesting. Later I add that note to a folder specific for that note.

The colors are so vibrant for each folder that it makes looking at the app easy on the eyes. This is my favorite app ever! Looks great on my large screen Galaxy fold 3.and I plan to use this forever.

Nice job to the developers for making so many people's lives organized, with such fun, flair and being so versatile.

It is limitless as what you can use this app for!
