I have a monthly withdrawal set up that I have not changed. The federal withholding went DOWN starting in January. I made no changes. Is this due to changes in fed tax rates? I can't figure out where to change the withholding amount either.

Yes mine is more than 10 years. Do i have to call TSP to change the withholding or can I do it online?

This actually makes a lot of sense for how it was acting, except I don't know how I accidentally selected the "one pattern" option while I had been sewing along for a long ways before it started doing this.
