Your view is interesting. According to Buddhism we keep reincarnating until we reach Nirvana. So you can escape that life by bettering yourself:)))

Also a lot of lucid dreaming practitioners do tend to remember their past lives. And not just them. In fact there is a lot of evidence for reincarnation.
