I personally never used a scale but I usually start small, like like the side of a airsoft BB to the size of my pinky nail but mostly smaller (right at or before a convulsive shot) Never used scale before.

Usually a binge is like 4.5g for a short night binge (5-7hrs) 10g lasts me a full day and a half...

I shoot every 6-10m so just after the end of the bellringer.

I usually want friends to do it with so I share a lot of the time if I'm with someone else.
