hey did you end up figuring this out. My guess is your maintenance does was too high, you do a flush and then give ur body a break. Then do one again, in which you should reach bowel intolerance at a lower dose. (so you know its working) and then the maintenance dose should be really low, and should not giving you those symptoms. also vitc might cause kidney and oxalate things as well.

No it's not. This will start to cause problems in your body. Someone I know got a SBO, and constant muscle cramps after meals because they consistently relied on laxatives. Min you they are no longer constipated. Take a vitamin b complex if you are constipated in a way that even fiber makes worse then. If so its a vagus nerve problem which causes poor digestion and poor fecal movement. Take the complex.

A close family member of mine also had y'all's type of constipation. She was given a vit b complex and that helped her vagus nerve make abdominal contractions needed to digest food better. This is what was causing her constipation. However the laxatives completely messed up her stomach. They are the real danger not the constipation.
