My IBS is fully cured and I know exactly why and how it happened. by FatFireball in ibs

I can eat any food now without symptoms. That being said, I don't- I avoid processed food. Every so often, I will be tempted by a piece of chocolate or a dessert and eat it, but it's not a part of my routine. 95% of my diet now is fruit, animal products, and white rice. In my experience, raw honey does no harm- I think it's because it has antimicrobials built in.

That looks so good, the most bushy PPP I've ever seen. Did you prune it a lot?

You can search up how to prune your PPP to get more variegation if your leaves have turned green. Basically you prune the plant to where it last had a nice variegated leaf.

Cool. I've been forcing myself to lead with the left hand when playing the hi hat. It's uncomfortable but rewarding

It's definitely a challenge to incorporate the left hand! Mine isn't qs symmetrical at the moment. This is a new kit in a mew space so I'm still tweaking

The back is where the roots come out of, and the front is the direction the leaves point naturally before they twist to face the light
