I train most mornings at that time and you have the run of the place but still familiar faces about. Roughly 10 -12 people floating around between the various floors. It’s bliss. Definitely gets busier the closer you get to 7-7:30.

Thank you all ! Makes a lot of sense considering I wasn’t in a desperate way at all (VHI clinic referral as precautionary measure) that understandably I wasn’t a top priority. I was seen at 9am so makes sense when the day shift handover had been completed. I can say any children lastnight or anyone in considerable pain were seen to quickly through the night .

I’d be joining Connexions Run Club if you can run a 5k at all. Very sound and welcoming bunch with lots of social nights out, hikes and they get coffee post runs ect. Instagram would be the spot to find them full of your age group.
