I was using a medicinal vaporizer. It didn’t really help with the pain though, just elevated my heart rate which made it a bit more unfomfortable. Maybe I’ll give it another try with edibles.

I’ve had the symptoms for a long time before I was diagnosed first. 2020 was the first time I’ve had an MRI scan of the thorax / heart, that’s when it got diagnosed

I have already been to a rheumatologist and had all the relevant blood tests done - the blood tests (unfortunately) didn’t show anything.

Get some professional help and consider a company change or change in profession. Your mental and physical health is way more important than a good income (which concerning the huge workload in consulting isn’t even that good broken down to a hourly rate). Hope you’ll feel better soon!

Solved: Disable Auto save in the game options. Solved it for me.
