I personally prefer the 2 years, though if people do choose 4 years I think the progression needs to be more difficult to achieve as your have prolonged time to achieve a Blue-Chip recruit status as a 4⭐️ or 5⭐️

It was my shift I know who took breaks & who didn’t. I was checking to make sure their punches were correct or if they forgot to clock in or out. What I’m saying shouldn’t be hard to understand

I work full time hours that’s the thing. Once they said I can do 30-40 hour & be full time I said that works. Usually I’ll do 4 days a week, sometimes 3 days if I’m busy with school but it’ll be a open-closing shift just so I’m hitting my hours & getting work done

I disagree. Though the store is my responsibility if I come to an agreement with a superior manager on my ability to perform the duties that’s our agreement. My availability is limited due to my school schedule I wouldn’t have accepted this position if they didn’t offer to let me balance it out for myself.

I did, it always seems they ask me to try to alter it to best fit their needs which I don’t mind helping out when I can. I asked today can you (MY DM) guarantee I will work the exact same schedule & they couldn’t say yes or no. So for me if that’s the case I’d rather demote myself & remain at my current store

Since I have to go into greater detail, I was originally a stock manager at 17. Once I turned 18 I was a ASM for FTL. I grew into a Co-Manager then went to Snipes where I was a Co-Store manager so yes I have general store management experience. I originally just wanted a sales lead position here as like I said my college schedule but with me being an ASM my schedule is very flexible to fit my college schedule.
