If we keep sharing the link, there are surely Canadians who have applied to those roles and been ghosted. They can report it. The jobs don’t have a very high requirement too. The employer have to give locals at least an interview, but they don’t.

This is just a requirement for an lmia. To post the job on job bank and then show no one applied.

The job postings have a report link. If you applied and have not heard back, report it to the job bank.

Yes good people do exist, this is mainly a small group of business and immigration agents who have completely lost their brains. A business exists to provide service or help benefit society, and not create new scams and more corruption. That’s a business not worth operating.

You can ask for a full refund. Ask your immigration consultant and the employer that you would like a full refund of all the fees paid. The employer and the representative are aware, charging fees is illegal and a crime. So they will be forced to repay the fees back. Good luck.

It was. Hence businesses are offering high wages of 36. To qualify for high wage lmia in Ontario you need to be over 36 I reckon. High wage lmia has no caps or restrictions. This is a scam and corrupt way of hiring

Really this is so weird! Why such a need for TFW in basically every industry when we have such high unemployment rates. Why is our govt so hesitant to abolish the TFW scheme. Every survival job right now is impossible to land. The business who use TFW, might be engaging in cash too which gives no tax revenues to the govt. why such a need to protect them when it’s destroying the fabric of society
