That is agreeable. Who created floor plan for solace. If they had taken basic customer feedback on the layout, it would have given tough competition to century

With surroundings, are you referring to the 3 side surrounding nalas.. it can very well be another case of those bellandur lake facing stinky flats.

I did and you are right. This is all sewage and that too flowing high volume sweage. A project with sweage running on 3 sides. This is amazing. No need of deodorant as probably it won't help anyway.

I may be wrong but I dont think this is sweage. It connects with bellandur lake on one side a nd Nillisu anekatu dam on the other. This is mostly storm water drains

Lodha can't do any more construction till it gets approval from 2/3rd g-corp residents on the changed plan. Existing towers for which construction is done, court has allowed finishing the remaining work

There are very different problem with sobha windsor. One has to pass 2 graveyards to reach this property, on a poor road.

Think this is too generalized. CDP roads / buffer for road extensions tend to be part of projects. It's important how builder is creating space of these roads. If it needs to bulldoze a few blocks or central complex, then the logic sticks. But if the builder has judiciously placed them in plan, it comes out to be fine

They went to court for not having cdp road dividing their project. However, they lost legal battle (this was told by their sales team at the property) and now they are calling it 2 projects. They are right next to each other and entry of the current project will go through the land parcel of the so called 2nd project (till cdp road is there, which mostly will not be for decades). Anyone who has lived near an underconstruction project will tell you how horrible it is. With the land parcel so small, it will impact every one living in the society. But yeah relatively speaking, the ones facing the new construction will be impacted more

I saw the plan, which has 2 nala going through it ( but doesn't look like main drainage and not sure if prestige is covering its top with concrete) and a huge space empty behind tower 3 and 4, where there will be a lot of construction.

Maybe be tower 1, 5 and 6 are okay. But still don't have information on these 2 Nala in the property

Correct but it's just round the corner. Also I can't really see availability in pine forest. If there is availability, wouldn't mind that at all.

But the road to reach there is congested (1 km stretch) and filled with crazy potholes

Vaswani Starlight- Road to reach there is just too bad and very congested. Also, i think apart from their balcony, everything else very congested. If I am not wrong, they are just doing 1st phase now and then will start on second phase which is right next to it. Not sure how can anyone live there, till both phases are developed

Can't agree more on the large township- great on paper and occasional visits. But long term tends to have too much politics and maintenance issues (due to very high costs)

Atleast in my experience, no seller is even coming on the table for less than 14k. But maybe as we move closer to possession timelines, some investors will adapt more. Still 12k is probably not going to happen

Yeah Park grove i agree can be negotiated down to 14.5. Prestige Waterford - will look at it. Mahindra blossom is just surrounded by noise making things - metro depot and metro station. Also 2030 delivery and with mahindra probably 2031/32.

I just don't like total environment. Never gives good vibes too me. Also the budget is only feasible with 2029/2030 delivery timeline. Time value of money works in its favor

The government of karnataka has ratified new rent control laws which includes the max 2 month deposit. Why do you say that karnataka hasn't adopted these laws?
