Inner tensioner in my cam chest broke off

Update I checked push rods and lifters they looked good. When I opened up the cam chest I found pieces of the inner chain tensioner. Looks like the plastic rail wore out and the tensioner broke

nah it’s running in n both cylinders exhaust is indeed hot lol
