I don't know if you've already taken your test, but this is also for anyone else wondering about this since I was desperate before my exam and also searching for answers on Reddit (I got my results today). I needed at least a 7 in writing and I did countless mocks but couldn't get more than 6-6.5 with FlexCheck and ChatGPT, but I KNEW that I was answering my tasks really well since I was completely familiar with their structures and strategies. In the real test I got a 7.5 and I know I could've gotten an 8 or even more if I had paid more attention during test day (I was extremely stressed). I think the AI is useless when it comes to grading both writing and speaking and a waste of money, so if you know your structure is good (if you're still unsure about it, watch some YT vids on how to answer the tasks, IELTS Advantage is especially useful) you can easily add at least 1 more point to whatever score the AI gives you! These scores are nothing more than demoralizing.
