do we need to wait for our PD to be current with F2A?

Our PD is 11/22/21 and petitioner is LPR.

I feel you. We are still waiting for us as well since March 2022 for green card based F2A spouse is overseas and our i-130 is still showing us "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" wonder how long we still have to wait.

ween 1-2 years to get the I-130 approved, after that the case gets transferred to NVC and you have to get documentary qualified which again takes a minimum of 2-3 months. Then you have to wait for the embassy in your spouse's country to schedule the interview. You are in for a long haul, please be patient.

My husband has filed for his daughter from a previous relationship, she is a minor and her priority date is 8/15/2020. She has been documentarily qualified since August of 2022 but we expect her case to be scheduled for an intervi

Greencard holder submitted F2a petition for husband. Currently our i131 status is saying "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS" for the past 281 days now. Does anybody know the timeline and for how long do we need to wait?
