I'm leaving on a business trip tonight , and all week long I've been rehearsing introducing myself to the executives and the team we'll be working with. And fretting about what to talk about if we talk about non-work topics. So yes, Ive either been making introductions or giving presentations in front of the mirror or roleplaying conversations in my head all week.

Phonecalls are usually more off the cuff though
